SAP Concur's text messaging feature lets you upload receipt photos by texting them directly to Concur — no app or web login required. To learn how to use Concur's text messaging feature, see Uploading Receipts via Text Messaging in the Uploading Receipts and Other Documents article. 

Setting Up Text Messaging (First-Time Enrollment)

Before you can use text messaging, you must verify your mobile phone number in your Concur profile: 

  1. Navigate to User Profile (upper-right corner) > Settings > Contact Information. 
  2. Under Mobile Phone Country/Region, select your country and enter your mobile number. 
  3. Click Verify Mobile Phone. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone. 
  4. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation text: "You're all set. You can now text your receipts here and save this number as SAP Concur." 
  5. Save the SAP Concur number in your contacts for future use. 

Opting Out and Re-Subscribing

  • To unsubscribe from text messaging, text STOP to the SAP Concur number at any time. 
  • To re-subscribe, text START.
