Adding a printer to a Windows machine
Open the Network Printers application from your desktop or Start menu.
A menu of available network printers will be opened.
You can search for a specific printer using the search bar in the top right corner of the menu..
Double click on the printer you would like to install.
The printer's print queue will be opened in a new window. You can close this window.
The printer is now installed on your computer and is available to select when printing.
Adding a printer to a Mac
Open Jamf Self Service using Spotlight (command + spacebar) & type Self Service.
In Jamf Self Service select the Printers category on the left.
In the Printers page, select Install to install the printers for the selected UCAR building printers.
To verify the printers that are installed. Open Spotlight (command + spacebar) & type Printers.
You can now see the printers installed on your Mac.
