Most UCAR staff support issues should be directed to https://help.ucar.edu for assistance, while CISL Research Computing questions should be directed to https://rchelp.ucar.edu . Data management questions should go to https://datahelp.ucar.edu.
All UCAR staff have access to submit tickets via these system. External users needing assistance with UCAR services who do not have a UCAR SSO login can register a servicedesk specific account via https://ithelp.ucar.edu/servicedesk/customer/user/signup
