Authenticating with UCAR hosted Atlassian applications
UCAR Staff and users with a UCAR account will use their UCAR SSO login to access wiki.ucar.edu or jira.ucar.edu.
External users needing to submit a ticket via one of the servicedesks on ithelp.ucar.edu can create an account via https://ithelp.ucar.edu/servicedesk/customer/user/signup and then will be able to login via the Crowd login option.
