Enterprise IT does not provide or support the use of Slack within the UCAR environment.
Individual LCPO's may decide to deploy and support their own Slack workspaces.
Where these workspaces are owned by UCAR staff, they may be eligible for the Slack Pro plan at a free or discounted rate - if you are the owner of a Slack workspace and would like to inquire about how to request this for your workspace, please submit a ticket via the NCAR/UCAR Service Desk.
External organizations may add UCAR users as members to their own Slack workspaces. Any questions about these workspaces should be directed to their owners.
