Authenticating with UCAR hosted Atlassian applications
UCAR Staff and users with a UCAR account will use their UCAR SSO login to access wiki.ucar.edu or jira.ucar.edu.
External users needing to submit a ticket via one of the servicedesks on ithelp.ucar.edu can create an account via https://ithelp.ucar.edu/servicedesk/customer/user/signup and then will be able to login via the Crowd login option.
Authenticating with Atlassian hosted cloud applications.
UCAR users who have been provided with an Atlassian ID can login to Atlassian cloud applications such as Trello and Bitbucket using their UCAR SSO login. Confluence and Jira Cloud instances managed by external organizations may also allow you to login via your Atlassian ID.
Users who do not currently have an Atlassian ID can request one via https://help.ucar.edu . Please provide your use case for the Atlassian ID and your supervisor for approval, or supervisors may submit the request for their employees.
