Only complete these steps, after creating a Concur profile, if booking travel in Concur for a participant.

Access Concur. If accessing remotely, you may need to use your CIT credentials to log in. (You may want to bookmark this link for quick access to Concur next time – visit the Creating Bookmarks to Concur guide for details.)

Act as a delegate to access the participant’s Concur Profile. Refer to the Acting as a Delegate guide for details. To be added as a delegate for the participant, visit the Adding Concur Delegates for Participants guide for details.

Click your Acting as menu in the upper right of your screen.

Click on the Profile Settings link.

Verify the participant’s name as it appears in the top section matches the government-issued photo ID (such as driver’s license or passport) that will be presented at the airport. If the participant doesn’t have a middle name, check the No Middle Name box. To change the participant’s first or middle name, refer to the Updating Participant Profiles guide. To change the participant’s last name, submit a Help Desk ticket.

If available, enter the participant’s mobile phone number under the Contact Information section. This will be used only for emergency contact purposes. Note: Phone numbers entered in the Visitor & Event application do not sync with Concur and therefore will not appear in this section.

Enter the participant’s TSA Secure Flight information. The TSA Secure Flight section appears toward the bottom of the page. Select the participant’s gender and enter her/his date of birth.

Click the Save button. A Save button is located at the bottom of most sections.

Now travel can be booked for the participant in Concur.
