Preparing to Email Receipts on Someone's Behalf
You can email receipts on someone’s behalf if:
- You are a delegate for the individual;
- You have verified your email address within your own Concur profile; and,
- The individual has also verified her/his email address within Concur.
More information about updating profiles (for email address verification) and delegate identification can be found in our other Getting Starting in Concur guides.
This process can only be used to email receipts on behalf of another employee. It cannot be used to email receipts on behalf of a non-employee due to the need of email verification.
Emailing Receipts on Someone's Behalf
When preparing the email:
- Use your verified email address to send the email.
- Receipt images can either be attached to the email or embedded in the email content.
- Send the email to receipts@expenseit.com.
- Enter the individual’s verified email address in the subject line of the email. Emailed receipts will appear in the individual’s Available Expenses area. Visit the Attaching Receipts and Other Documents article for more details about working with receipts.
Note: The receipt image will appear in your own Available Expenses area if the individual’s email address is not verified or if you are not identified as a delegate for the individual. If you are sending the email from an unverified email address, the receipt image will be discarded and will not appear in Concur.
Tip: Save Receipts@expenseit.com to your contact list for easy access in the future.
