SpotHero is a free parking reservation app that will help you save time and money when parking in cities, as well as at hotels and major airports. SpotHero partners with parking locations nationwide to provide you with guaranteed parking spots at discounted prices.
You can either use SpotHero's website or mobile app to find and book your parking spot. Your business parking expenses can automatically flow into Concur, with receipt attached, ready for inclusion on your expense report. You can even create a personal profile as part of your SpotHero account to keep your business and personal expenses separate.
Add a Business Profile to Your SpotHero Account
If you already have a personal SpotHero account, you can add a business profile to it so your business parking expenses will automatically flow into Concur with receipts attached. You can also set a different payment method (such as your T-Card) for your business parking expenses.
Join the UCAR SpotHero account. (Note: You must use this sign up link to ensure connection with the correct corporate account.)
Sign in to your personal SpotHero account. Either enter the email and password for your personal SpotHero and click the Sign In button, or sign in to your personal SpotHero account with Facebook or Google.
Enter your cell phone number to receive the app via text, if needed. A business profile can only be created in SpotHero’s app. If needed, install the app onto your mobile device now.
Use the SpotHero app to go to your account. Press the Account button. Usually this button appears along the bottom of your screen, although the screen display might vary between types of mobile devices.
Create/update your business profile. Press the Business Profile button or, if you don’t have a business profile, press the Create Business Profile button. Enter your UCAR email address when prompted. You will also be prompted to add a payment method – such as your T-Card – to your business profile if you wish.
