Enterprise IT provides a specialized instance of Jira Service Management for helpdesk services across the organization. Most UCAR staff support issues should be directed to https://help.ucar.edu for assistance, while CISL Research Computing questions should be directed to https://rchelp.ucar.edu .
All UCAR staff have access to submit tickets via these system. External users needing assistance with UCAR services who do not have a UCAR SSO login can register a servicedesk specific account via https://ithelp.ucar.edu/servicedesk/customer/user/signup
Jira Cloud
UCAR does not support or provision access to Jira Cloud instances. UCAR users are not currently authorized to deploy their own instances of Jira Cloud tied to their ucar.edu account.
The ability to login to Jira Cloud instances managed by other organizations requires an Atlassian ID, which is provisioned by Enterprise IT. To request an Atlassian ID account, please submit a ticket via the NCAR/UCAR Service Desk. This request will require supervisory approval.
