Clearing Cache and Cookies
Clearing the cache and cookies in Google Chrome can resolve a variety of issues with websites functioning correctly. Follow the steps below to reset the cache and cookies in Google Chrome.
Click the “Menu” button in the top right corner of Chrome and select the “Settings” option.
Scroll to the bottom of the “Settings” page and click “Advanced” to display advanced settings.
Scroll down to the “Privacy and security” section and click “Clear browsing data”
In the “Clear browsing data” menu select the options as in the screenshot below and then click “Clear Data”.
Close and relaunch Chrome. Refresh the website on which you experienced the issue and confirm that the issue is resolved.
