Use of Bitbucket is not provisioned or supported by Enterprise IT. Individual LCPO's may decide to deploy and support their own Bitbucket Cloud accounts.
Enterprise IT does not manage or license Bitbucket Data Center - for queries about self-hosting BitBucket Data Center, please submit a ticket to the NCAR/UCAR Service Desk.
Use of Bitbucket Cloud requires an Atlassian ID account. These accounts are provisioned and managed by Enterprise IT. Users can request an Atlassian ID by submitting a ticket to the NCAR/UCAR Service Desk. These requests will require supervisor approval.
When a Bitbucket account is owned by UCAR staff, it may be eligible to be purchased at a discounted rate. if you are the owner of a Bitbucket account or are interested in setting one up and would like to inquire about how to request this, please submit a ticket via the NCAR/UCAR Service Desk.
